Kolkata Knight Riders VS. Rajasthan Royals : It was a match played between Kolkata Knight Riders led by Captain Shreyas Iyer  and Rajasthan Royals led by  Captain Sanju Samson. Kolkata knight Riders won the toss and invited Rajasthan Royals to bat. Both openers of Rajasthan Royals were in great form . But this time Umesh Yadav had the last laugh. And he bowled a maiden over too. While Rajasthan Royals were losing regular wickets. Sanju Samson scored a half century.

In the end however Ashwin and Hetmeyer played some shots and took Rajasthan Royals to a fighting total. The Rajasthan Royals were bowling great line and length and picking wickets at regular intervals. In the end Rinku Singh’s inning helped Kolkata Knight Riders to win the match.

Gujrat Titans VS. Punjab Kings: It was a match played between Gujrat Titans led by Captain Hardik Pandya and Punjab Kings led by Captain Mayank Agarwal. Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bat first. Wridhiman Saha and Shubhan Gill were playing good cricket. But Shubhman Gill got run out. Gujrat Titans lost both their openers inside the powerplay. The turning point was when Hardik Pandya got out cheaply. Then it was Kagiso Rabada day. He was simply too good for Gujarat Titans. There was some respite for Gujarat Titans as Sai Sudarshan scored 65 runs thereby Gujrat Titans posted 143 runs. There were  new opening partners for Punjab Kings John Baristow and Shikhar Dhavan. But Jhony Baristow did not Last long. Shikhar Dhavan set the momentum for the run chase. Bhanuka Rajpakshi helped Shikhar Dhavan. The way Shikhar Dhavan and Bhanuka Rajpakshi were batting it seemed Gujarat Titans had no answers for taking their wickets.Shikhar Dhawan completed his half century. Bhanuka Rajpakshi got out on 40 thus leaving the game equally balanced. Liam Livingstone was at his aggressive best. He hit the longest six in ipl 2022. Punjab Kings won this match easily.

Royal Challengers Bangalore VS. Chennai Super Kings: It was a match played between Royal Challengers Bangalore led by CaptainFaf Du Plessis and Chennai Super Kings led by Captain MS Dhoni. MS dhoni won the toss and elected to bowl first. Faf Du Plessis and Virat Kholi started hitting big shots right from the start. They set the tempo for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Faf Du Plessis was out and then Royal Challengers Bangalore star batsman Gleen Maxwell was run out and Chennai Super Kings were back in the game. Then Mahipal Lomror and Rajat Patidar had a good partnership. When Rajat Patidar was out he had laid the platform for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Some mind blowing bowling by Maheesh Theekshana brought Chennai Super Kings back into the game. But Dinesh Kartik the finisher had other plans he just continued with his form and helped Royal Challengers Bangalore to post 173 runs on the board. Chennai Super Kings needed a good start and Devon Convay and Rituraj Gaikwad provided the same. But after Rituraj Gaikwad perished there was a flurry of wickets. Moheen Ali and Devon Convay started looking dangerous but just after completing his 50 Devon Convay perished.

Dhoni hit a six on Harshal Patels first ball but he had a great comeback and as a result Royal Challengers Bangalore were on the winning side.

Delhi Capitals VS. Sunrisers Hyderabad: It was a match played between Delhi Capitals led by captain Rishabh Pant and Sunrisers Hyderabad led by captain Kane Williamson. Kane Williamson won the toss and elected to bowl first. David Warner and Mandeep Singh opened the innings for Delhi Capitals but Bhuvneshwar Kumar provided a breakthrough for Sunrisers Hyderabad by taking the wicket of Mandeep Singh. Mitchell Marsh and David Warner were looking good but Sean Abbott took the wicket of Mitchell Marsh. David Warner was looking in good touch but wickets were falling at the other end. Rishabh Pant was on fire. He hit 3 sixes in one over to Shreyas Gopal but in his attempt to hit the fourth six he got out. But the platform was set for Delhi Capitala and meanwhile David Warner completed his half century. Even Rovman Powell was striking the ball well. Rovman Powell and David Warner completed century stands in partnership thus helping Delhi Capitals to score a massive total of 207 runs.

Abhishekh Sharma and Kane Williamson opened the innings they needed a good start. But Sunrisers Hyderabad star Abhishek Varma who was in good form was out early. Then regular wickets started falling.Khaleel Ahmed was bowling spell of his life for Delhi Capitals and didn’t allow any batsman to settle. Though Nicholas Pooran tried hard but didn’t get any support from the other end and after his century he also departed and so did the hopes of Sunrisers Hyderabad and in the end Delhi Capitals won the match.

Gujrat Titans VS. Mumbai Indians: It was a match played between Gujrat Titans led by Captain Hardik Pandya and Mumbai Indians led by Captain Rohit Sharma. It was a very tight match. Hardik Pandya won the toss and elected to bowl first. Ishan Kishan and Rohit Sharma had a good start. Rohit Sharma also known as hitman was placing the ball very well.

 But when Rohit Sharma just looked to take the game away from Gujrat Titans. Hardik Pandya introduced Rashid Khan and he obliged by taking Hitman’s wicket.Surya Kumar Yadav showed glimpses of good touch but did not last long. Then there was a regular fall of wickets. Tilak Verma is the only hope . Then Tim David and Tilak verma had a good partnership and started smashing the balls. Courtesy of this Mumbai Indians managed to score 177 runs. Wriddhiman Saha and Shubhman Gill were batting with such determination it looked as if they would only make Gujrat Titans win with their partnership. They had a century stand. Murugan Ashwin was brought into the attack and he obliged the Captain by taking set batsman Shubman  Gill’s wicket and Wriddhiman Saha ‘s wicket in the same over. Hardik Pandya was looking in great touch but some excellent team effort in fielding and bowling not only brought back Mumbai Indians in the game but landed them on the winning side. Rohit Sharma and his team though are out of the playoffs but beating no.1 team in ipl did give some respite to Mumbai Indians. The last over was a nail biter and one could see Raveer Singh the bollywood star who is known for his energy was going crazy and cheering loudly for Mumbai Indians.

Punjab Kings VS. Rajasthan Royals: It was a match played between Punjab Kings Captain Mayank Agarwal and  Rajasthan Royals Captain Sanju Samson. Mayank Agarwal won the toss and elected to bat first. Jonny Baristow and Shikhar Dhavan opened the batting for Punjab Kings. Right from the word go both the batsmen were looking in great form. Ravi Chandran Ashvin Dismissed Shikhar Dhavan. Bhanuka Rajapaksa who came to bat did not let the wicket of Shikhar Dhavan bother him. He maintained the momentum of the innings. Yuzvendra Chahal who is currently the purple cap holder dismissed  Bhanuka Rajapaksa . But the platform was set for Punjab Kings. Meanwhile Jonny Baristow completed his half century.

Yuzvendra Chahal was showing his class as a bowler by dismissing Mayank Agarwal who was looking dangerous and dismissing Jonny Baristow the set batsman. In the end Liam Living Stone and Jitesh Sharma played an explosive innings and had a 50 run partnership thus helping Punjab Kings to post a total of 189 runs. New opening pair was seen with Jos Buttler Rajasthan Royals sent Yashasvi Jaiswal as opener. Rajasthan Royals needed a good dominating partnership at the start and the openers obliged. Jos Buttler smashed Kagiso Rabada. But Kagiso Rabada had the last laugh and he picked up the all important wicket of Jos Buttler. Sanju Samson was looking in good touch. Rishi Dhawan took the wicket of Sanju Samson but the platform was set for Rajasthan Royals. As they saw come at the hour, come at the time. Devdutt Padikkal joined the party with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Yashasvi Jaiswal completed his half century meanwhile. When Yashasvi Jaiswal got out the platform was already set for Rajasthan Royals. When Kagiso Rabada came to bowl Devdutt Padikkal and Shimron Hetmeyer smashed him to all parts of the ground and thus Rajasthan Royals won the match.

Kolkata Knight Riders: It was a match played between Lucknow Super Giants led by Captain KL Rahul and Kolkata Knight Riders led by  Captain Shreyas Iyer.Shreyas Iyer won the toss and invited Lucknow Supergiants to bat. KL Rahul who is looking in good touch unfortunately got run out without facing a ball. It was a big blow for  Lucknow Supergiants. Deepak Hooda joined Quinton de Cock but both the batsmen did not feel the pressure of losing KL Rahul. Quinton de Cock managed to slam a 50.

 But immediately after 50 he got out. Deepak Hooda got out but he had set the platform for Lucknow SuperGiants. There was regular flow of wickets but the game changed when Marcus Stoinis smashed the ball for 3 sixes. Thus Lucknow SuperGiants managed to score 176 runs. The Kolkata Knight Riders needed a good start but lost wicket early in the first over itself. There was a regular flow of wickets. When Andrew Russel came to bat there was some hope for Kolkatta Knight Riders but when he perished so did the hopes of Kolkata Knight Riders and in the end they lost the match.

Sunrisers Hyderabad VS. Royal Challengers Bangalore : It was a match played between Sunrisers Hyderabad led by Captain Kane Willamson and Royal Challengers Bangalore led by Captain Faf du Plessis. Faf du Plessis won the toss and elected to bat. Jadessha Suchith took the wicket of Virat Kohli and Virat Kohli was out for a duck. Faf du Plessis and Rajat Patiadar carried the innings pretty well. Faf du Plessis completed half century.

 When Rajat Patidar was out the platform was set for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Faf du Plessis and Gleen Maxwell went bang bang and scored at a very high rate. Gleen Maxwell got out at a very crucial stage. Dinesh Kartik the finisher scored 25 runs in the last over and Virat Kholi gave a bow to Dinesh Kartik and thus Royal Challengers Bangalore managed to score 192 runs.

 Sunrisers Hyderabad needed a good start. Unfortunately Kane Willamson was run out in the first over itself without scoring any runs and even Abhishek Sharma didn’t score any run and when both openers are out early it is just catching up in the game. Some good bowling and some poor shots selection led to Royal Challengers Bangalore victory.

Chennai Super Kings VS. Delhi Capitals: It was a match played between Chennai Super Kings  led by Captain MS Dhoni and Delhi Capitals led byCaptain Rishabh Pant. It was a one sided match where Chennai Super Kings were the hero. Rishabh Pant won the toss and elected to bowl first and invited Chennai Super Kings to bat. Devon Conway and Rituraj Gaikwad were dominating right from the beginning they did not let any of the Delhi Capitals baller settle. They gave a century stand partnership. When Rituraj Gaikwad got out the platform was set for Chennai Super Kings. When Shivam Dube came to bat he maintained the same momentum. They made a 50 run partnership. Denvon Conway missed his century by just 13 runs and was followed by Shivam Dubey’s wicket thus giving Delhi Capitals a chance to bounce back. Mr cool MS Dhoni started his innings with a six and he played some breathtaking shorts thereby helping Chennai Super Kings to post a total of 208 runs.

 A good partnership was required at the start by Delhi Capitals but they failed. Mitchell Marsh and David Warner tried to stabilize the innings but David Warner did not last.Rishabh Pant was looking on fire. But things changed when Mooen Ali was introduced into the attack. Some great bowling and great decisions by Mr captain cool led to Chennai Super Kings victory.
